White Boutique Homes was founded in 2015 by Inder Arora as a luxury real-estate development house known for refined, sustainable living spaces — high-end residences that blend modern design with eco-conscious architecture. In 2018, Naman Arora joined his father, bringing next-generation ideas to a shared vision of excellence, integrity and design-forward living.

We build in the places we love — Gurgaon, the Goan coast, the Aravalli hills at Naugaon, Rishikesh and Shimla — and only as much as we can build well. Warehouses to weekend farms, luxury floors to manor villas: each project is a small collection designed around its land.

In Goa, we develop together with Diwa Homes as the DIWA & WBH Group — the partnership behind Tulip, Jasper, Zephyr and the collections now taking shape across the north.
